Dr. Russell Kim, a Kailua native, received his D.D.S. from Loma Linda University, opening a family dental practice in Kaneohe in 1993. His wife Joyceline has a degree in dental hygiene and is now a Kindergarten teacher at Hawaiian Mission Academy. He and Joyceline have 3 sons, Ryan, Riley, and Reid. Hobbies include playing music with family and friends, teaching kids how to play ukulele and guitar, surfing and golf.

“Having grown up observing and working for my uncle (Dr. Howard Kim-pediatric dentist), I have been fortunate to work in a profession that has helped so many in the community and where the prevention of oral disease is our top priority. By addressing the diverse causes of oral disease and not just treating the symptoms, we are helping our patients prevent costly treatments and promote a better quality of life for them and their families.”

Dr. Kim has been a member of the American Dental Association, and the Hawaii Dental association since the day he opened his practice in 1993.
